I'm no expert but seems to me if they can fix it the rod would be stiff where the break is and might hurt the action. Maybe just put a new tip on and make it a 6'7'' pole. Good Luck

Your not going to use it much in the skinny stuff. but in the ICW water at High tide maybe Beach at Low. unless you know the area very well. the depth reading will help you navigate allot easier.
